Notice of Board Action

At their meeting of November 2, 2017, the Board directed the Administrator to move forward with changing benefits to the status quo ante.  The Board also directed that all benefits that are presently being paid under the invalidated terms of the Plan be corrected.  Staff is working diligently on the adjustments and, barring any unforeseen delays attributable to the litigation, hopes to have the work completed in time for the January payment.


The Regular Meeting scheduled for Wednesday, December 13th has been rescheduled to Friday, December 15th.
